  • 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

  • 12 ounces fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water, drain, and set aside.
  2. Sear the Steak: Season steak, cook in olive oil until browned, then set aside.
  3. Make Garlic Butter: Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes, add steak back to coat.
  4. Prepare the Creamy Sauce: Melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper, simmer until thickened.
