  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and stir to combine, scraping any brown bits from the bottom of the pan.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter sauce over the chicken.
  7. Simmer for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
