- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and stir to combine, scraping any brown bits from the bottom of the pan.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the garlic butter sauce over the chicken.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
