  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • For Garnish:

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken: Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
