1.5lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch cubes)
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
Garlic Butter Sauce:
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Optional: lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
Coat Chicken: In a large bowl, toss the chicken cubes with paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken in a single layer and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Make Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and cook for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
Combine and Serve: Return the chicken to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter sauce until evenly coated. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately with lemon wedges if desired.
