2 large eggs
1 tablespoon red food coloring
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2cup white chocolate chips or chunks (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, red food coloring, and vanilla extract, whisk until combined.
Add Dry Ingredients: Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Stir until just combined. Fold in white vinegar and white chocolate chips.
