  • 3 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • pinch of salt
  • fresh mint leaves and chopped fruit for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, orange juice, honey or maple syrup if using, grated ginger, lime juice, lime zest, and a pinch of salt. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Adjust Sweetness: Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
