Frozen Fish In Air Fryer

Quick and easy method to cook frozen fish fillets in an air fryer, resulting in crispy exteriors and tender, flaky insides without any oil.

  • 2 frozen fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or haddock)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Lightly brush frozen fish fillets with olive oil, if using.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides of the fillets.
  4. Place the frozen fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
  6. Check for doneness; the fish should be flaky and opaque.
  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
