1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt

Ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
Soak Mushrooms: Place sliced mushrooms in buttermilk for 10-15 minutes.
Prepare Coating: Mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Heat Oil: Heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C) in a skillet.
Coat Mushrooms: Dredge soaked mushrooms in flour mixture.
