- 3 ripe peaches, sliced
- 2 balls of burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Wash and slice the peaches into thin wedges.
- Arrange the peach slices on a serving platter.
- Gently tear the burrata and place it evenly over the peaches.
- Scatter fresh basil leaves on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately as a fresh appetizer or side dish.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm peaches for best texture.
- Add arugula or mixed greens for a fuller salad.
- Can substitute burrata with fresh mozzarella if unavailable.
