Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper or grease.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, mash bananas and mix in eggs, almond butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add dry ingredients: Stir in cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and oats. Mix well and fold in nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
