2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
For the Ramen:
2 packs of ramen noodles
4cups chicken broth
2 eggs
1/4cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
1/2cup mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Coat chicken breasts with the mixture and grill until cooked through.
Cook the Ramen: Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. In a separate pot, heat chicken broth and add minced garlic. Once boiling, add cooked noodles.
