Instructions
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, roasted red peppers, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Shape Log: Place mixture on plastic wrap, shape into a log, and wrap tightly. Chill for 2 hours.
