  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Serving:

  • Pita bread
  • Tzatziki sauce
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Chopped lettuce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Kofta Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground lamb, grated onion, garlic, parsley, mint, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
