Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, shredded carrots, red onion, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together vegan mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup until smooth.
