Instructions

  1. Chill a mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Pour the cold heavy whipping cream into the chilled bowl.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Beat on medium-high speed until soft peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
