1lb ground beef
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4oz cream cheese, softened
1/2cup sour cream
1cup shredded provolone cheese
1cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large eggs
1/4cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Cook until beef is browned and vegetables are tender.
Drain excess fat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, cream cheese, and sour cream until well combined and creamy.
Spread the beef mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream. Pour over the beef mixture.
Top with provolone and mozzarella cheeses.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the casserole is set and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use sliced steak instead of ground beef for a more authentic flavor.
Try adding mushrooms for extra texture and flavor.
Great for meal prep—reheats well for lunches and dinners.
