- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Cook until beef is browned and vegetables are tender.
- Drain excess fat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, cream cheese, and sour cream until well combined and creamy.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream. Pour over the beef mixture.
- Top with provolone and mozzarella cheeses.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the casserole is set and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
