  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Cook until beef is browned and vegetables are tender.
  3. Drain excess fat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, cream cheese, and sour cream until well combined and creamy.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream. Pour over the beef mixture.
