Peanut Butter Cookies:
1cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
1cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of salt (optional if peanut butter is unsalted)
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and salt (if using) until well combined and smooth.
Form dough: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
