  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Add melted butter, egg, salt, and 3 cups flour. Knead until smooth. Let rest.
  2. Make the Filling: Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll out dough, spread butter, sprinkle filling, roll up, and cut into rolls.
  3. Rise and Bake: Place rolls in a dish, let rise, then bake at 375°F for 18–20 minutes.
  4. Glaze and Serve: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
