These Easy Nachos are a crowd-pleasing Tex-Mex favorite that can be customized with your favorite toppings. Perfect for parties or a quick snack, these baked nachos are loaded with cheese, beans, and all the classic fixings.

Ingredients

Tortilla Chips:

8 oz

Shredded Cheese:

1 cup

Black Beans (drained and rinsed):

1/2 cup

Cooked Ground Beef or Shredded Chicken (optional):

1/2 cup

Black Olives (sliced):

1/4 cup

Diced Tomatoes:

1/4 cup

Jalapeños (sliced, fresh or pickled):

1/4 cup

Green Onions (chopped):

1/4 cup

Sour Cream, Salsa, and Guacamole for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Layer Ingredients: Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Add cheese, beans, and meat. Top with olives, jalapeños, and half of the green onions.
  3. Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese melts.
  4. Top and Serve: Add tomatoes and remaining green onions. Serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
