Chicken Skewers:
1 1/2pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions
Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add chicken, toss to coat, cover, and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Preheat the Grill: Heat grill to medium-high. Thread chicken onto skewers.
Grill the Skewers: Grill for 4–5 minutes per side until fully cooked.
Add Cheese: Sprinkle Parmesan over skewers during the last minute of grilling.
