  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Garnish:

  • 2 green onions (sliced, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Eggs: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok. Add beaten eggs, scramble until fully cooked, then transfer to a plate.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: Add the remaining oil to the skillet. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
