Spaghetti or Linguine:

Butter:

Cream of Mushroom Soup:

1 can (10.5 ounces)

Sour Cream:

Chicken Broth:

Grated Parmesan Cheese:

1/2 cup

Salt:

1/2 teaspoon

Black Pepper:

1/4 teaspoon

Italian Seasoning:

Breadcrumbs (optional):

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta: Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté onion and mushrooms: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened. Stir in garlic and mushrooms; cook until tender.
  4. Combine ingredients: Add chicken, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chicken broth, cheeses, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
