  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 pound cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works well)
  • 1 (15 oz) can black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 (15 oz) can corn (drained)
  • 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, chopped cilantro, tortilla chips

Instructions
