  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 4 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Topping (Optional):

  • 1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers or breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare Ingredients: Cook broccoli until tender if using frozen. In a large bowl, mix chicken, broccoli, rice, soup, sour cream, milk, 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Assemble Casserole: Spread mixture in the baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese. Optionally, mix crackers or breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
  4. Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden on top. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
