Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Cauliflower: Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem, keeping the core intact. Slice the cauliflower into ¾-inch thick “steaks” (3–4 slices).
Season and Roast: Place the cauliflower steaks on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Roast for 20 minutes, then flip.
Add Cheese: Top the cauliflower steaks with cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Roast for an additional 8–10 minutes until tender and cheese is melted.
Finish and Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
