Cheese Ball:

  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions or chives

Coating:

  • 1 cup chopped pecans or crushed crackers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and green onions. Mix well until fully combined and smooth. Use a spatula or clean hands to shape the mixture into a ball.
  2. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  3. Before serving, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans or crushed crackers until fully coated.
