16oz cream cheese (softened)
2cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4cup chopped green onions or chives

1cup chopped pecans or crushed crackers

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and green onions. Mix well until fully combined and smooth. Use a spatula or clean hands to shape the mixture into a ball.
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Before serving, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans or crushed crackers until fully coated.
