- 1 boiled egg (optional, for topping)
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

Instructions
- Boil the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of the water.
- In a pan over medium heat, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, sugar, and reserved water. Stir until well mixed and slightly thickened.
- Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and stir to coat evenly.
- Optional: Top with a slice of mozzarella cheese and let it melt slightly before serving.
