Celebrate Easter with this delightful Easter Swirl Pie. A no-bake dessert featuring a vibrant pastel swirl of flavors in a graham cracker crust. Perfect for spring gatherings and easy to make!

Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust:

1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust (9-inch)

Filling:

1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix, 1 1/2 cups cold milk, 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping (thawed), food coloring (pink, yellow, blue, purple), pastel sprinkles or candy eggs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.
  2. Combine with Whipped Topping: Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. Tint the Mixture: Divide the mixture into four bowls and tint each with a different pastel food coloring.
  4. Layer and Swirl: Spoon dollops of each color into the graham cracker crust, alternating colors to create a swirled pattern. Swirl gently for a marbled effect.
  5. Chill and Garnish: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, then garnish with pastel sprinkles or candy eggs before serving.

Notes

  • For a homemade touch, consider using a scratch-made graham cracker crust.
  • Variation: Swap vanilla pudding for cheesecake or white chocolate flavor.
