  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Rice:

  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken by mixing yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place the chicken in a baking dish and coat with the yogurt mixture.
  4. Add rice, chicken broth, cucumber, red onion, and dill to the dish.
  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 45-50 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.
  6. Serve the chicken and rice with extra tzatziki sauce, if desired.
