  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping:

  • 1 cup dulce de leche (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan.
  3. Make the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Pour half over crust.
  4. Add dulce de leche: Dollop half of the dulce de leche over the batter and swirl. Repeat with remaining batter and dulce de leche.
  5. Bake: Bake for 40-45 minutes until set. Cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
