Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the cake pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Beat sugar and oil: Beat granulated sugar, brown sugar, and oil in a large bowl.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla: Incorporate eggs one by one, then add vanilla and yogurt/buttermilk.
