Ingredients

4 oz cream cheese (softened), 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Filling:

1/4 cup raspberry jam, 24 fresh raspberries

Egg Wash:

1 egg (beaten)

Finishing Touch:

Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
