4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Sauce:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter (divided)
6 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2cup chicken broth
1/4cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
Season Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
Cook Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
