  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry liqueur (optional)

For the Assembly:

  • 24 ladyfinger cookies (savoiardi)
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • Additional raspberries and mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Mascarpone Cream: Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Blend mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.
  2. Prepare Raspberry Layer: Combine raspberry jam, water, and raspberry liqueur. Dip ladyfingers in mixture and layer in a dish.
  3. Assemble Tiramisu: Spread half of mascarpone cream over ladyfingers. Add a layer of fresh raspberries. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  4. Serve: Dust with cocoa powder and garnish with raspberries and mint leaves.
