Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt chocolate and butter: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 cup chocolate chips and butter together in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla: In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and vanilla until light and slightly thickened.
Combine wet and dry ingredients: Slowly mix the melted chocolate into the egg mixture. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
