  4. Add Cream and Seasonings: Stir in cream, milk, cayenne, Old Bay, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer briefly.
  5. Finish Bisque: Fold in crab meat, lemon juice, and parsley. Heat through without boiling.
  6. Adjust and Serve: Taste, adjust seasoning, and serve hot, garnished with parsley.
