  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (like Oreos, finely crushed)
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 6 oz dark chocolate (60-70%), melted and slightly cooled

Blackberry Swirl:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the crust: Mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, press into the pan, and bake for 8 minutes. Cool.
  3. Make the blackberry puree: Cook blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice until thickened. Strain and cool.
  4. Prepare the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar, add sour cream, vanilla, eggs, and melted chocolate. Pour over crust.
  5. Add blackberry swirl: Drop spoonfuls of puree over the filling and swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Bake and chill: Bake for 45–50 minutes, cool in the oven, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
