  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, prepare the dressing: Combine vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add vegetables: Add cucumbers and red onion to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly in the dressing.
