  • powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate or round baking dish.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients: Add eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, stirring until a thick batter forms.
  4. Combine Blueberries and Zest: Gently fold in blueberries and lemon zest.
