Breadcrumb Coating:
1cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Prepare Shrimp: In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the shrimp in the mixture to coat evenly.
