For the chicken:

2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar

For the tacos:
8 crunchy taco shells
1cup shredded red cabbage
1cup shredded carrots
1/2cup cucumber, thinly sliced
2 green onions, sliced
1/4cup fresh cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
For the sauce:
1/3cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
Prepare the chicken: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Cook chicken strips in olive oil until done, then add the sauce and simmer.
