Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese (softened)
1/2cup sour cream
1/4cup mayonnaise
1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
1cup frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
1cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
Add Ingredients: Add the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, pepper, and red pepper flakes to a small crockpot.
Mix: Stir everything together until well combined.
Cook: Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours or on high for 1–1.5 hours, stirring occasionally until hot and bubbly.
Serve: Stir again before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette.
Notes
This dip can be made ahead and reheated in the crockpot or microwave.
For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or chopped cooked bacon.
