Chicken:
2lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Sauce:
16oz Olive Garden Italian dressing (or similar creamy Italian dressing)
8oz cream cheese, softened
1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Additional:
16oz penne or rotini pasta
1/4cup reserved pasta water (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Prepare Ingredients: Place chicken breasts in the crockpot. Pour Italian dressing over chicken, add cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Cook Chicken: Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3–4 hours until tender.
Prepare Pasta: Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and reserve some pasta water.
Shred Chicken: Shred chicken in the crockpot, stir until smooth.
Combine: Add cooked pasta to the crockpot, mix well. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Add steamed broccoli or spinach for extra veggies.
