  • 16 oz Olive Garden Italian dressing (or similar creamy Italian dressing)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Additional:

  • 16 oz penne or rotini pasta
  • 1/4 cup reserved pasta water (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Place chicken breasts in the crockpot. Pour Italian dressing over chicken, add cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Cook Chicken: Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3–4 hours until tender.
  3. Prepare Pasta: Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and reserve some pasta water.
  4. Shred Chicken: Shred chicken in the crockpot, stir until smooth.
  5. Combine: Add cooked pasta to the crockpot, mix well. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
