  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Toppings:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Additional:

  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Toss steak and potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until coated.
  2. Layer in Crockpot: Transfer mixture into a sprayed crockpot.
  3. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until potatoes are tender and steak is cooked.
  4. Add Toppings: Sprinkle cheese and bacon over the top during the final 15 minutes of cooking. Allow cheese to melt.
