2cups cooked chicken breast (shredded)
1 1/2cups long-grain white rice (uncooked)
3cups low-sodium chicken broth
2cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
1cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
2 tablespoons cream cheese (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Crockpot: Spray the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
