Beef Tips:

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat or sirloin tips, cut into chunks
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Sauce:

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet (1 oz) onion soup mix
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Additional:

  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the Beef Tips: Place beef tips, onion, and garlic in the crockpot.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour over the beef.
  3. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 7–8 hours or on high for 4–5 hours until beef is tender.
  4. Cook Noodles: Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
  5. Combine: Drain noodles and stir into the crockpot. Let sit to combine flavors.
  6. Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a richer sauce, stir in 1/4 cup sour cream or cream cheese before serving.
  • You can substitute wide rice noodles or mashed potatoes for the egg noodles.
