Beef Tips:
2pounds beef stew meat or sirloin tips, cut into chunks
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Sauce:
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 packet (1 oz) onion soup mix
2cups beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Additional:
12oz egg noodles
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Add the Beef Tips: Place beef tips, onion, and garlic in the crockpot.
Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour over the beef.
Cook: Cover and cook on low for 7–8 hours or on high for 4–5 hours until beef is tender.
Cook Noodles: Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
Combine: Drain noodles and stir into the crockpot. Let sit to combine flavors.
Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For a richer sauce, stir in 1/4 cup sour cream or cream cheese before serving.
You can substitute wide rice noodles or mashed potatoes for the egg noodles.
