Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt until evenly coated.
Roast cauliflower: Spread the cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Add optional cheese: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower in the last 5 minutes of roasting.

Notes
For extra crispiness, preheat the baking sheet before adding the cauliflower.
