Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice Potatoes: Thinly slice potatoes using a mandoline or sharp knife (about 1/8-inch thick).
  3. Prepare Oregano Salt: In a small bowl, mix sea salt, dried oregano, and black pepper.
