Chicken:

Coating:

  • 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers (about 1 sleeve)
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Others:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Nonstick cooking spray or melted butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Coating Prep: Flatten chicken breasts. In one bowl, pour milk. In another bowl, mix crackers, cheddar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Coat Chicken: Dip chicken in milk, then press into cracker-cheese mixture. Place in baking dish.
