- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender in flour, then egg mixture, then breadcrumb mixture, pressing to coat.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the tops of the tenders with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Use whole wheat panko for added fiber.
