1lb chicken tenders
1cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 tbsp milk
1 1/2cups panko breadcrumbs
1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.
Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dip each chicken tender in flour, then egg mixture, then breadcrumb mixture, pressing to coat.
Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
Lightly spray the tops of the tenders with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Use whole wheat panko for added fiber.
Try seasoning the breadcrumbs with Italian herbs for extra flavor.
